	STEVEN P. BIGGS - Managing Member Steven Biggs has been the managing member of Unique Settlements, LLC since 2004. Steve has completed approximately 180 life settlement transactions representing $300,000,000 of life insurance policies. Steve is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in accounting and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Steve is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.p>
